FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Keep markers upright 90-degree angle while writing. Press ballpoint softly on clean surface for smooth ink flow. Put the cap back on after using the marker.
Century’s Industrial Markers are industrial grade ball-point markers with thick viscous ink specially developed for industrial marking on fabrics, metals, alloys etc. They remain permanent even with heat & chemical aggressions. Even our valve action paint markers with felt-tip have pigment based ink which remains permanent & fade proof on all surfaces.
The larger ball-point markers contain 60 ml ink (5-6 times the ink of normal markers) & the paint markers contain about 10-12 ml of ink content. The productivity varies from person to person depending on their usage. However, we give 1-year standard warranty on all our markers.
For best result squeeze tube from the bottom and flatten it as you go up. You can also use the key provided to fold the tube to get maximum output.
The pump markers work with air pump mechanism where you need to press the valve 3-4 times for ink flow. Once the ink flow stops or reduces, you need to press again gently 1-2 times to start.
We stock & supply all standard colours including White, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Black, Orange. We also take special requests for other colours like Pink, Violet etc. on made to order basis.
Yes. We have 4 tip sizes for ball point-markers (Pt 1, Pt 2, Pt 3 & Pt4). It ranges from 1.2 mm to 4 mm markings. The paint markers come with 2 mm felt-tips.
Yes. We do private labelling & branding as per the requirement of the customer with specific minimum order quantities.
Generally, we maintain inventory level to meet regular orders from customers. For new customised orders, lead time could be 3-4 weeks. We positively deliver the goods as per terms and condition of business, trade and commerce. We maintain our production lines of all products above the requisite level which ensures our valuable customers timely delivery of their confirmed order.
Leakage may occur due to misuse /due to balls coming out. In such case it can be rectified at your own end by just replacing the new replacement head that is available free. However, in case of any manufacturing defects from our side, markers shall be replaced for free.
